Since all pieces are made upon order, please allow up to seven business days for your order to be manufactured and then after shipped. Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from when they are ordered.
For questions on shipped out orders, please reference your tracking number. We will do our best to get your order out the door as soon as possible but can not guarantee the delivery time USPS, FED EX OR USP will take. If there is a lost order, or any other questions please email us at email@example.com with your order number, and concern.
By selecting Route at checkout, we will be able to replace lost or damaged orders, if you choose to opt out of Route we will not be able to cover any lost packages. By Lilla will not be responsible for the replacement order.
* We will refund a product with in 30 days of purchase in its original packaging.
* Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery to ensure that it is in satisfactory condition. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online order, By Lilla will accept items for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
* Items must be returned in new and resalable condition and in its original packaging.
* Sale items are non-returnable.
* Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Please allow three weeks for the processing of your exchange once we receive it.
* Once your exchange is processed, you will receive a credit notification by email.
*Please send exchange items through an insured courier (Fedex, UPS, USPS Parcel Post). By Lilla is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or mishandles. Items bought in stores may not be returned to By Lilla.com as items bought on line may not be returned at stores carrying By Lilla products.
