    No, we promise. All our hair tie bracelets are tested and won't pull, crease, or snag your hair. They have a perfect grip to hold your hair up and a smooth texture for easy removal and no damage.

    Will they break?

    We pride ourselves on quality and make sure the materials we use will stay with you forever, especially since this is a hair tie you are not bound to lose. However, if your ByLilla does indeed break (RIP), please get in touch with us.

  • SHIPPING & RETURNS

    Since all pieces are made upon order, please allow up to seven business days for your order to be manufactured and then shipped. Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from when they are ordered.

    For questions on shipped out orders, please reference your tracking number. it show all my ties and keeps them perfectly organized. Love these ties they stay in my soft hair where the others fall out.
