    Will they pull or snag my hair?

    No, we promise. All our hair tie bracelets are tested and won't pull, crease, or snag your hair. They have a perfect grip to hold your hair up and a smooth texture for easy removal and no damage.

    Will they break?

    We pride ourselves on quality and make sure the materials we use will stay with you forever, especially since this is a hair tie you are not bound to lose. However, if your ByLilla does indeed break (RIP), please get in touch with us.

  • SHIPPING & RETURNS

    Since all pieces are made upon order, please allow up to seven business days for your order to be manufactured and then shipped. Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from when they are ordered.

    For questions on shipped out orders, please reference your tracking number. We will do our best to get your order out the door as soon as possible but can not guarantee the delivery time USPS, FEDEX OR USP will take.  If there is a lost order, or any other questions please email us at hello@bylilla.com with your order number, and concern.

Hair tie or bracelet?

You choose. I wore these hair ties every day on a recent trip to Costa Rica and they fit the vibe perfectly. I also put 2 different styles together and wore them as bracelets... its a two for one!

Hair Ties adorable.

Recently bought all the different types of hair ties. Years ago found these for sale at my nail salon. Always loved them and time to refresh with new ones for me and gifts for friends.
